Extended Care

Extended care provides flexibility for parents while providing a safe, fun and enriching experience for our students. This program is available to students only on the days they are enrolled.

Policies:             All policies as stated in the Parent Handbook apply during Extended Care (unless otherwise noted).
                           Enrollment coincides with child’s school enrollment (no daily plans). 
                           Extended Care sessions are held during the regular school days (or as otherwise notified).
                           All fees are due the 1st of  each month.  All payments are made through FACTS.
                           A non-refundable, non-prorated registration fee of $150.00 is due at the time of registration. 
                           The extended care fee is prorated based on the enrollment start date into the program.
                           Withdrawal fee of $150 is applied when withdrawing from Extended Care.
                           Each Extended Care attendance schedule change will result in a $50.00 fee. 
                           Please note:  The non-contracted rate for Extended Care is $10.00 per hour.
                           KPrep - 8th grade non-contracted morning care will be charged $10.00 per student arriving
                           before 8:15am.  The non-contracted rate for VPK Enrichement is $20.00 per hour. 
 

Availability:        Space is limited

Pick Up Policy:  Parents/guardians who pick up their child late will be charged a late fee of ten dollars ($10.00)
                            per fifteen (15) minute interval or fraction thereof. This fee is payable in cash directly to the staff              
                            member waiting with the student.

Not Offered:      The days Extended Care is not offered are specified on the school calendar.
