History Comes to Life
The Biographical Living Wax Museum is always one of our most anticipated events. Hosted by our 3rd grade, this year's 10th annual museum was held on February 22nd. Each student chose an influential, historical figure to portray. After weeks of research, the students are ready to give us a glimpse into the lives of these famous people. Along with perennial favorites such as George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, we saw some "new" faces this year including Elizabeth Blackwell, Jackie Robinson, and Queen Elizabeth I. It is always exciting to see our students in full costume and to learn a little bit about what makes each of these historical figures so special.
