What is the Intramural Sports Program?
The Intramural Sports program at Trinity Christian School is open to 1st-8th grade students. It is designed to introduce young athletes to the skills and techniques they will need to build a strong foundation. Good sportsmanship and teamwork will be emphasized. Our goal is to develop a team atmosphere and prepare the athletes to compete in a scrimmage during the final week of the session.
There will be five sessions lasting for six weeks each. All days will run from 3:00-4:15 pm. All sessions will be coed with the exception of session 4. Students will be split into groups according to age/ability during drills and scrimmages as needed.
Students will change into practice attire, preferably spirit wear, and meet in the gym immediately following dismissal. They may bring a snack to eat before practice between 3:00 and 3:10 pm. Please feel free to send an extra water bottle.
Please pick up your child promptly in the gym at 4:15 pm. Any child picked up after 4:15 p.m. is subject to the Late Pick Up Policy stated in the Parent Handbook.
