Returning Students

Returning Elementary & Middle School Students

Trinity Christian School re-enrollment registration fee and application are due on or before the re-enrollment deadline of the year preceding the child’s anticipated attendance (see school calendar). Both items must be received before the application will be processed. No interview is necessary when re-enrolling unless requested by the Administration (Principal and Director of Early Childhood Education). TCS reserves the right not to re-enroll students, as decisions are on a year-to-year basis.

Applicants are considered based on the following (not listed in order of importance):

Timeliness of application and registration fee

Meeting academic and behavior performance standards

Family interview (if required by Administration)

Placement policy (see registration and priority placement sections below)

Contractual and/or financial obligations are current

Notification of acceptance or denial will be communicated by TCS within two (2) weeks of deadline date.

Returning Preschool Students

Children may only be registered for classes corresponding to their age as of September 1 of the school year for which they are registering (i.e. must be 3 years old by September 1 for the 3-year-old preschool program).

All three-year-old students and older must be fully toilet trained (no Pull-Ups or diapers). Excessive accidents will be dealt with appropriately by the Administration.

Tuition Policy

Middle School, Elementary and preschool annual tuition is payable as follows:

Ten (10) payments are due the first of each month from July through May with the exception of the month of January.

After the tenth of the month a late fee of twenty dollars per child will be due with your tuition or extended care payment.

Tuition will be prorated for students who enroll after the start of the school year. The full registration fee is due with the application form.
